The term procrastination is widely used today. Most people tend to ignore the health perspective of it and often hold a social stigma that procrastination is caused by laziness. However, procrastination can be associated with depression, low self-esteem, guilt and inadequacy, and so on.
The video collage presents procrastination from a person who has a mental illness. The conflict between hands, the notifications, the rotating pages window, and the buzz and beep in the background all create a sense of overwhelming and self-contradiction. The collage aims at raising the public’s awareness of mental health issues.
